Ground Shipping Rates

Order Processing:

• Standard processing: 3-5 business days.
• No weekend deliveries.
• Standard ground service by default.
• Sales/holidays may delay processing by 1-2 days.
• GWM is not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
• Free shipping on orders over $100 applies only to contiguous states.
• Ships to US Military addresses, including international stations.
• Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Please plan ahead for any upcoming events.
• We are not currently handling international shipping.

FAQs

• Cancellation/Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
• Shipping to Hotels: Possible, but customers must ensure the hotel will accept the package. GWM is not responsible for lost/denied packages. Customer must ensure that they will be at the package’s destination, even in the case of delayed delivery.
• Wrong Product Ordered: US customers can use the 30-day exchange/return policy. International customers cannot return for “change of mind” or incorrect orders. Contact Customer Service for faulty or mis-shipped products.
• Wrong Shipping Address: Delivery guaranteed only to the address provided at the time of order. Address changes for packages in transit are not possible.
• Wrong Billing Address: No need to update if the order was accepted.
• Missing Package: Check with neighbors and contact the carrier first. If not resolved in 3-5 business days, email customerservice@gwmsports.co for next steps.
