Return Process:
- email customerservice@gwmsports.co
- Input your order ID and email used on the order.
- Describe items and reason for return.
- Submit request and await a confirmation email with a return label.
- Pack items carefully your name and order number inside and attach the label.
- Drop off at the shipper’s location.
Conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and with tags attached.
- Not accepted: exercised or swam-in gear, custom-made items.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Refunds appear in one billing cycle.
Special Cases:
- Defective product returns: Refer to the Warranty Page.
- Gifts: Credit goes to the original purchaser.
- Initial shipping price is non-refundable.
Eligible Garments:
- Same garment in a different size or any garment of equal/lesser price.
- Discount codes from original purchase are honored.
- File each garment individually but ship in the same package.
- No international exchanges.
